We refer to the announcements made on 5 August 2021, 16 August 2021 and 19 August 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcementsâ€). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 27 December 2021 (“Price-fixing Dateâ€) fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.405 per Placement Share (“Issue Priceâ€).
The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.04 or approximately 8.99% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of ATTA Shares up to and including 24 December 2021 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.445 per ATTA Share.
